Best pizza and cheesesteaks in Richboro/Newtown! Everytime I'm in the area I have to get a couple slices or a sandwich. Owner and staff are awesome!

We very much enjoy coming here for Stromboli's and pizzas on the no cooking kinda nights. The staff here are always super friendly and helpful and I love supporting such a caring and involved business like this one.

Delicious cheese burgers and fries. I ordered two deluxe bacon cheeseburgers at lunch today. Just delightful. The guy who ate with me also said "This is so good." I've ordered here many times, but I don't think I left a review, so this was long overdue. * * * * * Best cheese burger and fries combo in Richboro. Staff is kind and friendly - keep up the good work!

We love the food so much. It’s always delicious, always hot, and everyone’s super friendly. For a while they had that hot honey stuff that was amazing with the pizza! Inside is cozy, delivery is fast, and it’s just great. My only complaint is that when you call to order, the number doesn’t work all the time. Sometimes it’ll beep, say the number isn’t in service, or just drop the call before it even gets to ring. That’s not their fault, but something to keep in mind.

The few bad reviews to this place are just not fair. This place is top notch! Love the food. I drive out of my way all the time to eat there. Also excellent staff, very nice and respectful. I give there whole business 10 stars across the board.

This place has the GREATEST pizza!, their Spinach manicotti is so GOOD! it is a BYOB so you can have a glass of wine with dinner. The food is hot the , the service is friendly and the "In and out" parking makes it easy parking. The owner personalized service gives you a great feeling of family when you visit. so glad they are here, stop in you won't be disappointed.

We love Gianni's! It's our go to place for our traditional pizza/movie night. Great food and service. Free delivery too is a huge plus!

I visit this spot a lot since I work in the area. I have to say the service is always great and they keep the spot well kept at all times. Rates are reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

I drive 30 minutes to come to this pizzeria and order a scrumptious pepperoni pizza and a delicious penne vodka! I don’t regret my decision just one bit and they provide amazing service.

Definitely my favorite pizza place in the are, I moved 15 min further from Gianni's and still travel here (passing about 3 other shops) when i want pizza or sandwich's. Quality is excellent everyone is super friendly!

just had two large pepperoni pizzas delivered to my home. seems he made it in record time (safely im sure) because he arrived at door with a huge smile on his face. when i checked my slip i realized the girl failed to include the tip on receipt. to make sure he got his tip i called the boss and explained. he promised he would add it to my card. two things: 1. the pies appear to be larger than the standard pizza hut pizza, and tastes much better and 2.MR. BOSS, I WILL CHECK MY CARD TO BE SURE YOU TOOK CARE OF HIM. its a pleasure to see a young person without a phone attached to his/her fingers and have eye to eye contact and a smile on their face. this was my first time at your place and i will be back! well, maybe that was three things.

Pizza by the slice looks great, place looks great, cheesesteak was ok. Needs better fries. Service was excellent.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad and it wasn't good at all. The chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday w/o any seasoning but the food was delivered on time..

Decent place to eat pizza: clean and cozy. Service is fast and good. We ordered neapolitan and chicken caesar salads, three slices of pizza and french fries. Pizza is good! 👍 salads are fresh and crispy and chicken was tender.

Old school pizzeria which serves amazing pizza and pastas. Worth ordering. We normally do take away or delivery but the dine in works as well. Do check them when you come to richboro

Best pizza around! I live 30 mins away and I'm guilty of making the drive just for a few slices! This place has set the bar high for my pizza expectations and it's a big hit with my family too. Hard workers and it shows.

The kids and my go to pizza spot in the area. Delicious, friendly and homey feel. Can't be beat. Luca and the team are always courteous with excellent service.

Greatest food in Richboro. Luca and his staff are Aces. I can walk in the door, be in the mood for something not in the menu, and bammmm....they nail it. The Grand Pa pie is amazing

Awesome Servers, great fresh salads and pasta. Excellent wings , fast delivery, or pick up. Always pleasant to customers. Easy parking, clean and neat sit down tables. Nice owner.

Just picked up pizza for the kids, first time I've been here but have had the pizza before and it was great. The place was spotless and the guys at the counter were kind and gracious. I made a comment about how good a spicy cheese steak roll looked. The guy threw one in the pizza box for free. Too kind and it was delicious. They have my business from here on!

I love this place. They are polite, quick to take orders, and make a great pizza pie. Their selection is superb too ;whether you enjoy Sicilian, hand tossed, deep dish, or thin crust they always have something ready and available by the slice. Gianni's is a local gem.

This place is great. Changes in orders were all correct when it arrived, the people there are SO nice.. I've spoken to three so far and they were all helpful and patient when taking my order. Food is delicious also. Waiting for my second order now! 😊
